Prepared Foods Dishwasher Job DescriptionAt Whole Foods Market, we're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Prepared Foods Dishwasher to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and team members.Responsibilities:

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Maintain the cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area, adhering to our strict health and safety protocols.
• Assist with kitchen deliveries, including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products to ensure efficient inventory management.
• Arrive on time, dressed appropriately, and ready to work all scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs promptly and effectively, and modeling suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximize sales potential through effective procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product.
• Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment, adhering to WFM cleanliness and safety standards.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned, ensuring accuracy of signs and pricing.
• Immediately report any safety hazards or violations.Requirements:

  • Understanding of and compliance with WFM quality goals.We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 - $25.40, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan benefits, and paid time off. Eligibility for Whole Benefits is determined under the terms of the applicable Whole Benefits plan at a person's date of hire.
