Responsibilities:

• Make magic happen on FB/IG, Tiktok, Pinterest, Google, Youtube, etc.
• Explain to clients why things are performing well.
• Explain to clients why things are not performing well.
• Explain to clients why they renamed it to Meta.
• Negotiate with pixels.
• Be not only able to brew the tea, but also read the tea leaves.Qualifications:
  • A 4-year degree
  • Entry-level or newly-grads are okay, but we prefer someone who has familiarity with media buying.
  • A self-starter with a can-do attitude motivated to be the very best at what they do and don't do.
  • Excel at Excel.
  • Heaping amounts of creativity and analytical know-how -- not anymore and not any less.
  • Knowledge of how to function Tiktok/Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager -- okay, this one is actually required.The Deets:
    • 100% Remote.
    • Hours are in Pacific Time/Los Angeles Time.
    • Health, Vision, Dental Insurance.
